By combining a CAT scan and the unique Procera software planning program, a surgical template is designed and utilized, aiding the surgeon in the placement of the implants, utilizing a flapless approach, obtaining primary stability, and inserting a permanent fixed restoration during a single appointment. The highly customized and esthetic restorations are made before the surgery and then delivered immediately after the placement of the implants. The patient leaves the office with beautiful teeth and the ability to chew immediately.
